Eric Jones named Head of Global Sales and Grant Pulver appointed Head of Sales for North America as company accelerates growth strategy
CoreX, a next-generation ServiceNow consultancy, today announced the appointment of Eric Jones as Head of Global Sales and Grant Pulver as Head of Sales for North America.
Jones brings over 20 years of experience in technology, sales, and business strategy, with eight years in ServiceNow ecosystem leadership. Most recently Jones served as Vice President of Sales and Field Marketing at Cask, a fellow ServiceNow Elite partner, where he built high-performing teams that consistently exceeded revenue targets for eight-plus years.

Jones will oversee CoreX's global sales strategy, focusing on expanding the company's presence across the Americas and EMEA. He will align CoreX's sales approach with the company's mission to streamline customers' core business operations through ServiceNow solutions.

Joining the CoreX ranks in December, Grant Pulver stepped into the role Heading Sales for North America in late January. With 25 years of extensive ServiceNow, Pulver specialized in Global Business Services, ITSM, CSM, and Customer Experience. A client partner and former Engagement Manager, he most recently served as Regional ServiceNow Principal at AHEAD, with prior leadership, Sales and Delivery positions at NTT DATA and Acorio.
