Datasite Appoints Matthew Steinhilber as General Counsel

Datasite®, the global SaaS provider of AI-powered workflow collaboration and automation solutions for M&A, investment and strategic projects, today announced that Matthew Steinhilber has been named General Counsel to further enhance Datasite’s position in a rapidly evolving landscape where technology, law, and business strategy are increasingly intertwined.

In this role, Matt will oversee Datasite’s global legal affairs, including business, litigation, intellectual property, and corporate matters, reporting directly to Datasite President and Chief Executive Officer Rusty Wiley.

Matt brings over 20 years of legal expertise and leadership experience to Datasite. He previously held leadership roles at several organizations including as General Counsel for ACA Group, and most recently served as General Counsel for Blueflame AI™, a leading provider of agentic AI solutions for financial services companies, which Datasite recently acquired.

Matt holds a BS in Environmental Science from Muhlenberg College and a JD from the University of Maryland School of Law.
