A bill bringing “Donate Life” specialty license plates to Wyoming has been signed into law by Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon. Senators Wendy Schuler and Fred Baldwin and Representatives Ryan Berger and Jon Conrad sponsored the bill, and Governor Gordon affirmed the work of Wyoming’s state legislature by signing 2023 (SF0038) Special license plates – organ donation into law on February 27.
